In 2025, the possibility of acquiring tourist places for holiday rental homes (ETV) has been reactivated in the Balearic Islands. In Mallorca, a procedure was opened in September through the Consorcio Bolsa de Alojamientos Turísticos (CBAT), and new procedures are already scheduled for January and May 2026.
